 Taipei , Taiwan , Sept. 14th 2006 – GlacialTech Inc. , the worldwide leading thermal solution provider, today introduced Igloo 5072 series CPU coolers for PC builders to build the Intel LGA775 desktop PC system. Igloo 5072 series includes four (4) models of CPU coolers Igloo 5072 Silent, Igloo 5072 Light, Igloo 5072 and Igloo 5072 PWM which have different noise and performance levels.
 Igloo 5072 series is the flagship of GlacialTech aluminum LGA775 CPU cooler at the moment. The quality of Igloo 5072 series is good enough to compete with other cooling models with copper based. Compared with her predecessor Igloo 5071 series, the noise performance is similar at the low speed operation but the noise performance at the high speed operation has been improved. The weight dropped from 454 grams (Igloo 5071 series) to 396 grams (Igloo 5072 series). Igloo 5072 series uses bigger fan (fan's diameter bigger than the heat sink width), therefore Igloo 5072 fan can also cooling down the components around the CPU socket.
